Το Τσίπουρο είναι ένα σημαντικό γεωργικό προϊόν και αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της ελληνικής γαστρονομίας. Ο Πολιτιστικός Σύλλογος Μικροπόλεως και Καλυ Βρυσή, που αντιλαμβάνονται την αξία αυτού του προϊόντος, διοργανώνουν κάθε χρόνο γιορτή με τη συμμετοχή παραγωγών, κατοίκων και επισκεπτών. Η εκδήλωση πραγματοποιείται σε ένα τοπικό αποστακτήριο. Προσφέρονται τοπικά τρόφιμα (συμπεριλαμβάνονται τα κατσίκια) και τα μέλη του χορού κλασσικού χορού.
